PVC foam board (also called expanded PVC sheet, forex board or PVC foam sheet) is a rigid, lightweight sheet made from polyvinyl chloride resin with a fine closed-cell foam structure. It is 100% waterproof, lead-free, and can be cut, routed, screwed and heat-bent using standard woodworking tools. It is widely used for signage, furniture, cabinetry and construction.
Celuka board has a hard, dense outer skin with a uniform micro-cell core, which gives a very smooth surface and high rigidity — the best choice for printing and signage. Free foam board has more uniform density from face to core, making it easier to cut, route and screw; it is also more cost-effective and is preferred for furniture and interior fit-out.
Yes. Water absorption is below 0.2%, so the board does not swell, rot, warp or support mould even when permanently submerged or installed in high-humidity rooms such as bathrooms, kitchens and swimming pools. This is the main reason it replaces MDF and plywood in wet areas.
Our MOQ is 500 kg for stock specifications and 3 tons for custom colours or custom formulations. Mixed containers are welcome — you can combine different thicknesses, colours and sizes in one shipment.
Yes. We offer free A4-size samples of up to 5 different specifications. The buyer only covers the express freight, and that cost is refunded against your first order.
Stock specifications ship in 5–7 working days. Custom colours, custom sizes and flame-retardant formulations take 15–20 working days after confirmation. Peak season (September–November) may add 3–5 days.
